- When sending items, please repack items received and include gifts and hangers to avoid extra charges.
- Shipping fee for simple color or size changes should be paid by the customer.

- Minor leather characteristics don't count for returns.(wrinkles, black spots, minor scratches)
- Refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the product, according to the initial payment method.
