[PRE-ORDER NOTICE]
This product is a Pre-order item, which begins production immediately after your order is confirmed.
Therefore, cancellations or refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted.
Only exchanges for the same item are possible in the case of a defect or wrong shipment.
Production and shipping schedules may vary depending on manufacturing circumstances.
By placing your order, you are considered to have agreed to the above terms.

ORDER
- Ships in 3-7 days after payment. (except on weekends and holidays)
- Unpaid orders will cancel after 24 hours for non-transferable payment methods.
- Using in-store credit on garments won't earn you more credit.
PRE-ORDER
- No split shipments if you mix with other items.
- Shipment schedules can change.
- Orders with 'Payment Completed' status may be canceled if stock runs out.
- You can only cancel orders in 'Payment Completed' status before shipping.
EXCHANGE / RETURN
- You have 24 hours from receiving to request an exchange or return (KAKAO CHANNEL-604SERVICE, 1:1 CUSTOMER SERVICE)
- Don't send items unannounced; they'll be sent back.
- Items must reach 604SERVICE within 7 days for a smooth return.
- You can only exchange for the same product color and size.
- Monitor differences don't count for returns.
- Customer-caused damage isn't accepted for returns or exchanges.
- When sending items, please repack items received and include gifts and hangers to avoid extra charges.
- Shipping fee for simple color or size changes should be paid by the customer.
- Shipping fee for defective products or shipping errors will be paid by 604SERVICE.
- Minor leather characteristics don't count for returns.(wrinkles, black spots, minor scratches)
- Refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the product, according to the initial payment method.
- 604SERVICE does not take responsibility for any loss incurred when using a FFC as the delivery destination.
