더티 워싱 공정의 특성상 제품에서 워싱 약품 또는 염료 냄새가 날 수 있습니다.
이는 정상적인 현상이며, 세탁하거나 통풍 시 자연스럽게 사라집니다.
해당 사유는 교환 및 환불 사유에 해당하지 않습니다.
Due to the nature of the dirty washing process, the product may have a slight smell from washing chemicals or dyes.
This is normal and will naturally disappear after washing or airing out.
Please note that this is not considered a reason for exchange or refund.
2. 워싱 및 디스트로이드 차이 / Washing and Distressed Variations
모든 워싱 및 디스트로이드(올풀림, 찢김, 마모 등) 디테일은 수작업으로 진행되기 때문에
제품마다 위치, 강도, 색감 등에 차이가 발생할 수 있습니다.
이는 제작 과정에서 발생하는 자연스러운 현상으로, 불량이 아니며 교환 및 환불 사유에 해당하지 않습니다.
All washing and distressed details (such as fraying, tearing, or fading) are handcrafted,
so variations in placement, intensity, and color may occur from piece to piece.
These differences are a natural result of the production process and do not qualify as defects or grounds for exchange or refund.

- Shipping fee for simple color or size changes should be paid by the customer.

- Refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the product, according to the initial payment method.
